    @professorhank Whether Harris pulls out a win or not, yep. As Radley Balko pointed out on Bluesky, cribbing off JVL: "Harris ran a smart campaign. She was a solid candidate. Trump ran a disastrous campaign and is in clear decline. This was a clear choice. No matter who wins, half of voters either chose bigotry and authoritarianism, or had no problem with it. And that’s hard to take."

    @heluecht @alastair I always flashback to VH1's "Pop-up Video" from the 1990s where they'd give you little factoids about the artist, song, or music video while the video played. For younger folks, we used to have a channel that just played music videos called "MTV" but then they never played music videos so they made another one called VH1 that eventually also never played music videos.
