GNU Social (gnusocial) group
-
interesting: indywatch.org archives !gnusocial posts qttr.at/1wsk. They seem to take the posts from #OurCoffs @mjd @tregeagle qttr.at/1wsl
-
Would anyone be interested in helping to create a list/overview of groups like we used to have? And does anyone have a wiki or a location where we can put it? Groups a a really great feature of !gnusocial and I think it's helpful for newbies and methusalem fediversians both. !fedgroups !fediverse

I understand that my suggestion for distributed management of !Fedgroups is something that is not supported at all with the current !GNUsocial architecture. Implementing something like that would be a major undertaking. I wonder if cooperative, distributed group administration and membership maintenance could be implemented with a plugin...

@gallux maybe related to: http://qttr.at/1w6f Sounds like a weird instance is jamming the federation. !gnusocial
-
Post to !GNUSocial from command line http://imojito.com/post-to-gnusocial-quitter-command-line.html
-
@deleted Installationsleitfaden für !GNUsocial weiß ich zwar keinen, aber ich bin ja auch #Nicht-Admin. Soll mittlerweile rel. leicht sein
-
@paulfree14 !gnusocial This is interesting. Have to read the specs better
-
@lohang there are more !GNUsocial instances than ever. Did you know this list: http://www.fediverse.org ?
-
I just don't get it: how could one be so ignorant to just let an important node bite the dust without any further notice out of the blue?!
Like it or not, but as a !gnusocial admin you have some responsibilities - not only for your users but also towards the !federation!
There are enough people out there willing to help both with labour and money. A simple question asked could have helped!

Hi @mxuribe@uribe.cafe
I've noticed you've created a #matrix channel for #gnusocial. Great idea. Was just on the way doing the same and saw you did already. :-)
To make other supportes of gnusocial aware of new stuff here some groups you can use to right it in. : !gnusocial !fediverse
Also there's a not very active irc on freenode. I've left a notice there.

@paulfree14 joined !gnusocial
-
@asnoru @danicotillas @fanta @librelabucm no sólo le hace falta una cuenta, le hace falta un nodo. Yo no soy pureta, sea de #mastodon o de !gnusocial voy a poder seguirles igual ;)
-
Someone know what happen to !gnusocial http://oracle.skilledtests.com/ ? Someone have some information or history ? :(
-
@bobjonkman @paulfree14 !gnusocial
I have never used IRC, so I'd prefer something else :-)
-
@lopinel Ouais, mais c'est une sorte de 4-1-9 au carré, ou un meta 4-1-9 en quelque sorte…
Pour ce qui est des caractères, désolé, je suis sur !gnusocial :)
-
Into the !GNUsocial group with this! ♻ @simsa01: This is the best user- & admin manual for #GNUSocial so far : https://karp.id.au/social/en/index.html (English and Spanish version)
-
Hi @Mattl - thanx for all the work on !GNUsocial and its predecessors. Hope we meet again someday!
-
What's interesting about this is that I thought the most common comment on !GNUsocial was that there were too many techies and nerds on here to ever be a prominent, social platform:
