    Ich bin der Empfehlung von @heluecht gefolgt und lass die MariaDB mit jemalloc laufen. Die Speicherauslastung war in den letzten Wochen immer mal wieder hart im kritischen Bereich. Hoffe nun, dass es damit eine Verbesserung gibt.

    Na, da bin ich mal gespannt.
    So etwas muss auf technischer und netzpolitischer Sicht breit diskutiert und nicht einfach mal umgesetzt werden. Das was da passiert ist invasiv und verfolgt einen zentralistischen Ansatz. Hier werden Datenberge angehäuft, die nicht angehäuft werden sollten. Misstrauen pur, zumal, wenn man das Gebahren des Projekts aus der Vergangenheit kennt.

    du solltest deine Informationen zu Friendica u.U. ein wenig auffrischen. Friendica unterstützt "Zusammenfassungen" nativ. Optional steht weiterhin die BBCode Lösung zur Verfügung.

    Die Lösung hier ist vermutlich vergleichbar mit der Umsetzung in Hubzilla, wo ich eine generelle Entscheidung treffen kann, wie die Headline eines Beitrag verwendet werden soll.

    Ein weiterer Lösungsansatz bezüglich der "Zusammenfassung" steht aus, da sie kontrovers diskutiert wird.

    Und natürlich unterstützt Friendica weiterhin ALT-Texte.
