TIL: you can tweet from a sattelite phone, but you can't toot.

We are actually recording now via Sat Phone. Unfortunately, the train @nickfarr is on is going through mountainuous terrain, has brake problems, and now Nick is cut off. Wonder what happened. [FX]

@marsue You're probably right. I have read that people are just using the Dvorak keys for hjkl and are happy with it. I'll try that next. They are located quite sensibly.

@marsue That's why I've been using US layout for a long time now. Also on the physical keyboard.. I just recently discovered EurKEY which is the same but has better support for our favorite Umlauts. Previously I constantly switched between US & German and sometimes Spanish layouts.

But that's another topic.

I write more English than German. So I'm not sure NEO would be a good fit for me. Also, Vim is where I spend most of my time, and I don't want to lose the home row navigation keys..

@marsue Interesting. Never looked at Neo before. I don't think it's for me, but it's very interesting, still.
