     @evan i'd say we need a table with 'msg-id', 'user@server received', 'user@server received not' to track this down. at least if it's #3155.

     @evan no. just assuming better data could be helpful to track down bugs better than "some notes did not get thru". i might be wrong again.

     @evan okay, thank you! i'm still not receiving @bavatar & @habi because of #3155 - besides unsub- & resubscribing multiple times. any ideas?
