@sundogplanets I hate to defend SpaceX here, but that second stage only deorbitated there because they had a problem with the stage. Normally they deorbit it so that it lands at Point Nemo. -

According to Jonathan McDowell, this is the second stage from a Starlink launch at the beginning of Feb.
They really are going to keep going like this with no regulation until space junk kills someone.
