     @ComPod Das Frühstück bezeichnet in der Regel die erste Mahlzeit des Tages. Das war bei mir der Fall 😀

     @heluecht der englische Begriff breakfast impliziert ja den Bruch des Fastens, aber im deutschen Frühstück springt mich die Bezeichnung Früh einfach an.
