You don't need low orbit satellites to provide remote internet.
Except perhaps for the extreme circumpolar regions, the entire planet already has internet access via geostationary satellites (you might not be able to play online roleplay games because of longer latency, but that's not a valid reason for filling space with rubbish).

@feelnotes @AmyZenunim Sorry no. Remote internet does not justify filling low earth orbit with space junk and wrecking terrestrial astronomy. And once these things start smashing into each other we are going to have real problem. This is insanity.
