    3rd party in-toilet urinalysis monitoring is an unnecessary product, privacy nightmare, and Correctional System dream come true. There are a few conditions that rely on regular home-urinalysis but they’re usually for acute symptom profiles. There really isn’t an organic market of daily urine screeners who would need toilet-bowl level monitoring but it’s a criminal justice industry wet dream.

      “Incredibly, U-Scan can tell the difference between various users (and therefore assigning the results to the correct person using the device), through it’s amazingly named Stream ID feature. Low-energy radar sensors embedded within the reader measure multiple variables to identify an individual’s “urine stream signature”, by detecting the movement and distance of the stream. Stream ID information can be affirmed in the app.”

      Silicon Valley is a direct pipeline to the surveillance state. Remember that Ring Cameras went from being a super-neat Amazon product to a surveillance network that can be accessed by police in real time.

      Everything that can be used against us, will be used against us unless we fight and get privacy protections in place from the get-go.
