     @dkl @holger Replace Jira with GitHub issues (because our code was living on GitHub already), and replace Confluence with a Sphinx-based documentation built by CI and hosted wherever our AWS guy put it.

     Also: teach everyone Markdown.

     @MikeG1 Jira -> GitHub Issues + ZenHub. This has been working for a while now.

     Confluence -> Sphinx-based docs residing in a GitHub repo, built and deployed by CI.

     Even our non-technical colleagues prefer writing Markdown in a text editor over using Confluence.
