   Feeling retro again. I am currently replaying the classic Master of Orion from 1993.

   This is the game that coined the term 4X game (eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, eXterminate) and is a wonderful example how simple game mechanics can be combined into a great that is greater as the sum of its parts.

     I moved on to Master of Orion II from 1996. Incredible that this was only 3 years after the prequel.

     The SVGA graphics help a lot.
