1/ Last week, my wife and I did a bike tour through the city. We took a route with pretty good bike infrastructure (for Berlin standards, that is) and it was almost perfect biking weather.

But man, do people seem to enjoy participating in traffic jams. At one point, we passed approximately 200 cars in about 5 minutes. I assume that the car drivers needed at least 45 minutes to cover the whole distance. This was really sad to observe and also reminded me of a talk I once visited. #UrbanMobility
