THE AWOO!
1 cl ginger infused vodka
4 cl pineapple juice
1-2 cl simple syrup
1 dash Angustura bitters
10 cl nationally appropriate sparkling wine
1 slice fresh pineapple
Combine the vodka, pineapple juice, syrup, and bitters in a shaker and shake with ice. Pour your sparkling wine into a champagne glass. Strain vodka mixture into the glass. (Slowly! Think science fair volcano.)
