- 1 large onion
- 5-6 cloves of garlic,
- 1 tin of tomatoes,
- 2 tbl of paprika,
- 2 bay leaves,
- 1 'bell pepper' chopped,
- dash of Worcestershire sauce,
- sprig of 'summer savory' (not essential, cough)
