TL;DR
Die Verschlüsselung von Nachrichten findet natürlich statt, aber der Client lässt vor dem ver- und nach dem entschlüsseln mal schnell einen Algorithmus über den Inhalt laufen und schickt diesen dann als Cleartext an einen entsprechenden Überwachungs-Server.

So einfach wie genial, darauf muss man erstmal kommen.
